rupture, pve fit 2020

that is very much untrue. L4 missions. Cruisers are generally much tougher and slower than destroyers, and can be used to run NPC anomalies. EVE Online, the EVE logo, EVE and all associated logos and designs are the intellectual property of CCP hf. Since you mention missile ships and drones, ill just assume you are talking about PvE.

Destroyers are not strong enough to run anomalies, but can be used to belt rat.

However, I'm having difficulty finding a recommended fit for the Rupture that doesn't include a MWD and WD fitted in the mids; I'm wondering if there's a better way to fit it for PvE? )( . rifter->Thrasher->Rupture/stabber->Cane->Tempest/MAel, Artillery Maelstrom, active tank (L4, BS L4), Autocannon Vargur, active tank (L4, Marauder 3), 6a) Autocannon Vargur, pimp, active tank (L4, Marauder 5, gankers love it). Vargur only requires 4 tank modules maximum: bastion, adaptive invulnerability field, shield booster, and DCU. Hurricane: Active: DCII, medium shield booster, 2x resist modules, 3x capacitor control rigs, AB.

Do i want the Rupture or the stabber?

So I'm looking at getting into a Rupture for running LvL2s and maybe some LvL3s. I can find a lot of existing fits using skills all trained to level 5, but Alphas can never have those skills without paying a subscription. It will for sure slow down you quest for a Machariel, but I still think it's worth mentioning. Hey, i am looking for an online sexual partner ;) Click on my boobs if you are interested (. The rupture would be better than the stabber for straight pve because it is tankier, the stabber is faster. Also FYI: nos doesn't work well on NPCs. Rupture pve fit question ... Hello to all, I am a noob, and an alpha, sorry about that.

Be the first to leave a comment for this fit! I have a thrasher currently but am having issues finding recommended fittings and such.

are you in it for PvP or PvE? Whats the ship progression like for Minmatar?

There are many options, which will ask for different ships: For going heavier, I would skip the cruisers and go straight from Thresher to Hurricane (maybe Fleet Issue), then a battleship. They tend to either be short ranged or low dps.

If you enjoy pve then you could look into getting a gila, and later a rattlesnake. So now I have bought it but have no idea what a good fitting for it would be. Make sure you know the correct tactics to use for ratting with your chosen ship before you set out! Whats the ship progression like for Minmatar?

I really like projectiles but everyone seems to be edging towards missiles for pve content. They were prepared to help players during the original Alpha Clone release, when you were restricted to only flying ships from your own racial ship tree. Too lazy to start formatting the EFT formats for reddit so just listing the basics of each fit. Maelstrom: XL shield booster, shield boost amplifier, 2x resist modules, DCII, large cap battery, 3x capacitor control rigs, AB, 2x gyro and 2x TE, 1200mm artillery (1400mm can fit with perfect skills, implant and some fiddling).

), South West Coast Path Week 4 Day 5: Porthleven To Lizard, 203: Super Potato Mode feat. The downside is that they are really expensive for a destroyer (50m at least for a fully fit one) and require a lot of training. Mission running in HS for now. 220mm Medium Prototype …

If you need more you're either doing it wrong or not ready. Rupture level 2 mission fit, speed and shield tank setup. They can also fit a probe launcher and do highsec combat sites (anything less than 4/10 DED) just fine.

Either 200mm AC or artillery. Except where otherwise noted, content on this wiki is licensed under the following license:CC Attribution 4.0 International.

However, you lose the ability to change the script to the range script so use accordingly. I got some advice from people in another forum that I should use the 'Rupture' for PVE lvl 2 missions.

Hurricane or tornado can both be good, Hurricane is better for missions (better tank/sustainability, medium guns to hit frigates) Tornado is good for ratting, that is killing pirates in belts, safely (extreme range/alpha). While being perfectly acceptable gameplay in Eve Online, it can cause some emotional stress to the otherwise relaxed gaming style of the common miner.

All right reserved.

Generally for pve people try to fit shield tanks instead or armor to free up low slots for damage or application modules. As for minmatar ship line, my choice would probably be stabber, then hurricane. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts. Hey I'm not really sure what kind of tank you need for the type of PvE you're doing, but here's a pretty basic, cheap, solid Rupture fit you can try out: Obviously you won't have the skills to equip a lot of those (weapons and drones for instance) so feel free to switch them to T1 or meta versions. How much time are you taking flying between targets? I always fit a DCU and put as many gyros in the lows as possible while keeping the ship alive (up to 4, then go for TEs because stacking penalty).

God forbid a newbro asks a question that has nothing to do with elite 1v10 frigate pvp, New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast, Press J to jump to the feed. Surely missiles are still the go for minmatar. Helpful guides to running all the various missions on EVE Online and more! Sorry if it comes across as stupid, there isn't much up to date information that i can find regarding such things, most of the forums i have seen are just people suggesting caldari missile ships or drones. remove this from your mentality if possible. Upgrading to a bigger ship to kill the same targets is sometimes the right choice, but many other times it's often the wrong choice also. With this release we also think that the project is no longer in BETA phase.

What you need to be doing is figuring out the best ship for your current activity. Make sure you always have light drones to deal with frigates, preferably T2 when you get a chance. Yeah sorry, i should of said, Pretty much for exclusively security missions!

What sort of fit would i want for my eventual entry into the machariel? Test your tank and if it's insufficient, start swapping those gyros in the low slots for some more nano membranes or armor hardeners. For PvE the progression would probably be along the lines of Rupture > Maelstrom > Incursion fit Maelstrom if you are in HS. There are exceptions.

Artillery is probably better in missions since you fight at longer ranges while AC is better in most combat sites where you fight at shorter ranges. One of the interesting parts of playing an Alpha clone in EVE is ship fitting.

This is a pretty standard fit for a Rupture designed to run level 2 missions on EVE Online. A PvE Rupture For Alphas And Omegas One of the interesting parts of playing an Alpha clone in EVE is ship fitting.

I think most things the hurricane can do PvE wise, the Maelstrom would just do as good or better, unless we are talking about DED sites that lock you out. Talwar (maybe), Cyclone or typhoon would be my go to minmatar ships for ratting.

Lights and Sentrys are probably the most useful ones for PVE. a lot of ships have close to the same roll in their respective classes.

Typhoon is less tanky than maelstrom but much faster and better damage: Large armor repairer, 2x hardeners, RAH, 2x BCU, 2x missile guiders, large cap battery, TP, AB, 3x capacitor control rigs and cruise missiles. Drones and missiles have selectable damage types, and drones don't use ammo if you don't count the occasional drone that will get shot. I'm not the greatest, but the chance to play around and then immediately test on a low skill character is fun. They smash L2 missions and can do L3 if needed, but few people do L3 anyways.

Active deals more dps.

I would skip the hurricane altogether for the time being and not bother getting one. With tank skills being the most important. Again works with either AC or artillery depending on your playstyle.Passive is tankier and works in low level wormholes and harder high sec combat sites (if your thrasher dies in serpentis vigil).

What do I mean by damage application? Then Maelstrom is 100% viable and a superb choice since its an easy train. For PvE the progression would probably be along the lines of Rupture > Maelstrom > Incursion fit Maelstrom if you are in HS.

So I've just recently got into EVE and purchased omega and have mainly done exploration but wanted to get into PVE with a friend and I love the aesthetic of Minmatar ships, my friend loves Amarr.
